1. Platform Agreement

By accessing Adticks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the auditing engine, GSC integration, or marketing features.

2. Acceptable Use and Auditing Policy

You are authorized to execute technical scans only on domains that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to test. You agree not to use the scan utility to scrape websites, spam endpoints, or attempt denial-of-service activities against external targets.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Account creation supports Google OAuth single sign-on as well as traditional email and password registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the security of your workspace. Monthly or annual subscriptions provide allocated scan quotas, competitor domains, and Search Console sync history. Quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.

4. Google Search Console Integration

Adticks provides an optional read-only integration with Google Search Console ("GSC") to fetch and display search performance metrics, sitemaps, and URL inspection data.

  • Authorization: You must only connect GSC properties that you own or have explicit administrative authorization to manage.
  • Read-Only Scope: Adticks' integration is strictly read-only. We do not submit sitemaps, request indexing, modify site settings, or perform any write actions in your Google Search Console account.
  • No Ranking Guarantees: Adticks provides SEO diagnostic suggestions and opportunity metrics based on GSC data. We do not guarantee search engine ranking improvements, organic traffic increases, or citations in AI Search Engines.

5. Third-Party APIs and Quotas

The GSC integration relies on Google's external API services. Google Cloud platform availability, daily API quota limits, backend delays, and unexpected outages may temporarily affect data sync frequency, backfill durations, or URL inspection freshness. Adticks is not liable for data gaps or service interruptions caused by Google API policy updates, quota limits, or outages.

6. Subscription & Quota Limits

Google Search Console synchronization limits vary based on your subscribed tier:

  • Starter (Free): Preview-only access containing up to a 7-day performance history.
  • Growth: Daily GSC automated sync with up to a 90-day search history and a budget of 100 URL inspections per day.
  • Scale: Daily GSC automated sync with up to a 480-day search history and a budget of 500 URL inspections per day.

7. Disclaimers and Liability Gaps

Adticks provides technical analysis, structured data validation, and AI crawler accessibility audits. The platform and its reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will Adticks be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your settings panel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive, security-violating, or quota-exceeding behaviors.
